1. Introduction
Welcome to Geno's Siding and Roofing ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online platform located at https://gutter-cleaning.genosiding.com ("Site") to order gutter cleaning services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Overview
Our Site allows customers ("you" or "Customer") to calculate the cost of gutter cleaning services using an online form, make a full payment, and schedule the service. Once your payment is made, a representative from our Company will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the details and schedule the cleaning.
We offer two service options:
- One-Time Gutter Cleaning – A single cleaning at a fixed price based on the home’s square footage.
- Annual Gutter Maintenance Plan (Four Cleanings Per Year) – A discounted package including four scheduled cleanings within a 12-month period.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Customers must provide accurate information when completing the price calculation form.
- The total amount due will be displayed before payment. By completing the payment process, you confirm that the details you provided are correct and authorize the Company to collect the full amount charged.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking through the Site. We accept major credit cards through PayPal (https://paypal.com).
4. Scheduling & Availability
- One-Time Gutter Cleaning: Service can be scheduled no sooner than 3 business days from the time of booking.
- Annual Gutter Maintenance Plan: Includes four scheduled cleanings per year, no more than once every 3 months.
- Customers with an annual plan receive priority scheduling and can book cleanings as soon as 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Customers will be notified via phone or email before each scheduled seasonal cleaning.
- The package expires 12 months after the first cleaning. Any unused cleanings do not roll over, and no refunds will be issued for missed cleanings.
- If a customer needs to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
- Appointments are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled if conditions prevent safe cleaning.
5. Access & Service Conditions
- Customers are not required to be home during the cleaning as long as we have safe and unobstructed access to the property.
- Gates, fences, or other barriers must be unlocked, and any pets must be secured to ensure technician safety.
- The service includes removal of debris from gutters and downspouts and a visual inspection of gutter conditions.
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, roofing, or downspouts.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Full Refund (100%)
- If the Company fails to contact you within 2 business days after payment.
- If you cancel before the cleaning is scheduled.
- If the Company contacts you on time but is unable to fulfill your order.
6.2 Partial Refund or Adjustments
- If you provided incorrect or misleading information, the Company may refund your payment minus a $50 fee for a failed visit or request that you cover the difference.
6.3 Penalty for Non-Performance
- If the Company fails to show up or does not reach out to schedule, you will receive a full refund plus a $50 compensation fee.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
